Hi, I found the problem! You ended up with two accounts, one associated with your email address and one with your wallet address.
I have fixed this so that your wallet is now connected to the account with your email address.
Can you try again? Sorry this has been a painful process but I think it is sorted out now and you should be able to withdraw yourself. If not, I will process the withdrawal for you but it is better you are able to do it yourself when you want.
