Feedback to account

Hey Spencer, I dont seem to be able to reply to your (much appreciated) feedback in the support forums. It asks me to sign in (even if I am already signed in to my remx account in the same browser…and the sign-in seems to want a password (not my regular 2fa via email or crossmint that it asks in my usual sign-in process…) are the two platforms not linked? I cant find a link anywhere on the remx dashboard for the support forum either (aside from to submit a new issue/feature request) — so Im asking here is if that is not a feature, to access the forum, maybe it should be - unless you can explain it.

PS Im in South Africa and use Brave as my Remx Browser.
