I can't get collector emails

Hello, I am not receiving collector emails. How do I do this? When I click on the "share grid" option in my profile, it gives an error. Am I going to do it from here? Can you help?

When I click on the "Collectors" section, it just opens a list of names. There are no emails there. It says I have 335 collectors, but I can't find their e-mails anywhere.
