I can't get collector emails

Hello, I am not receiving collector emails. How do I do this? When I click on the "share grid" option in my profile, it gives an error. Am I going to do it from here? Can you help?


When I click on the "Collectors" section, it just opens a list of names. There are no emails there. It says I have 335 collectors, but I can't find their e-mails anywhere.

    Hi there,

    I took a quick look at the sharing issue you had. Were you trying to share your created moments (moments tab) or the collected moments (collected tab) you have? If it was the created moments, this is due to not having enough items to share yet. You need to have at least 9. This is obviously a bug on our end that I need to fix so you see proper messaging stating that.

    If it was in your collected tab which you do have enough items, then this is something I will need to investigate further.

    If you can just let me know which tab you were trying to share, I can look into this more.

    As for the emails, unfortunately we made the difficult decision to stop sharing collector emails due to privacy concerns. Thank you for your understanding.
