Actually cant log in at all

So

I cleared the cache again, got the log in code for crossmint but remained logged out…tried with email instead, got the login code again but everytime I hit “continue” the page just refreshes to the same spot again…and still logged out.

    Hey Spencer, So the issue is getting worse. I logged in just now, collected a few pieces and then tried to create a moment and it got stuck on creating. I refreshed and got logged out. Now no log ins are working at all. I sign in with MM and remain logged out, tried crossmint and email to no avail, I get the code, out it in but it still leaves me outside. Tried refreshing and clearing the browser data to no avail. Not sure what’s going on.

    Hi Dan,

    I’ve checked the system and I am not seeing any errors that might be related to this. Other users are able to use the system so there must be something more isolated going on. I believe this is the same issue that causes you to appear to be logged out. When I’ve seen this happen before (appearing to be logged out) it actually appears to be a networking issue in Google Chrome that is causing it to fail to communicate with our server.

    Did you recently update Google Chrome? Are you on MacOS or Windows? Are you located in Australia?
