Transactions not loading
I cannot see any recent transactions and the withdraw button has a “no” sign. How do I withdraw my funds? Thanks.
Deploying issue
About a month ago, i minted an artwork in “double”… As I see it is still deploying ? How can i cancel all, if possible. Or how to delete that double mint >? Thank you for your support!
Cannot Collect
Hi Remix for last 2 weeks im unable to collect art on your platform. I have cleared cache but no change. The collect button is no longer availble and replaced by ‘creating moment’ all the time.

Still not working after many days. All new drops have been stuck on creating a moment. Guessing your other platforms are more important to you. Why not shut down remx then?

Withdraw earnings
I’m having problems withdrawing my earnings. I’ve added my MM wallet address to my profile but when the box pops up saying “withdraw” I get a message saying “Address undefined connected. Please switch to address 0x054f9...23ff6 in your wallet”. It won’t let me go any further. Please can you help? Also my moment has been deploying since last night. Thank you

I withdrew my earnings using my ledger metamask wallet. It said that the transaction was complete but it is not showing in my wallet.

I was going to withdraw some of my funds on Remx but it looks like all or nothing. Also,it would not work for me. I use a Ledger… does i no work with a ledger? When I hit withdraw it said connect wallet. I did and it said sign wallet but nothing came up in my wallet to sign.

Hi My Remx account is @sleeplessbuddha for the past 2 days i havent been able to log into my account, i have double checked my wallet address as well, but it says no such account exist. Can you please assist me. Thank you.

All of todays drops just say creating a moment or closed?. & didn’t get the daily email for new drops today?. Is remx going under? Artists are leaving the platform since the change to Duel.
