Hello, thank you for pointing out this issue. The email is sent to all collectors, however not all collectors will necessarily receive a reward. There is a bug on the earnings page which is hiding any collections for which you did not receive a reward. If you collected recently and do not see it in the list, then you did not receive a reward.
We should be updating the site today or tomorrow with a fix so that it will be more apparent that you did not receive a reward for a given drop.
