We have released a hotfix this afternoon which should fix the banner issues you were dealing with. Along with being able to handle files that have spaces in the filename.
Could you give it another try and see if it works for you now. Let me know if it still isnt working for you.

One potential thing to look out for that i noticed with my testing right now is if your file name has a space in it anywhere, there is a high chance it will cause the image to break, as our image processer seems to have a bug (that we will look into fixing) where it doesnt know how to handle filenames with spaces correctly. So if your filename does have a space, try renaming it to something without one, and try again and it may work correctly this time.

Is it possible to attach the image you are trying to use here so i can see if anything with the image would cause it to do this as well?
