Hi team. There is an issue with my account. People can't tip me. My balance is not reflecting the correct amount and when tipped my mail is not giving me notifications. Also those who collected my work using tip is not showing in the collected tab. Please kindly check this issue.

Hi, can you be more specific? I see that you have received 4 tips today and several over the past few days so it appears that you are receiving tips.
Please note that your balance will be about 20% less than tips received as we reserve 20% of tips to help operate the Remx platform and sponsor the gas for free transactions like withdrawing funds, launching moments and collecting moments.
Also, there was an issue with your Look Up moment yesterday due to a bug on our side, several tokens minted against another moment (not yours) were incorrectly associated with your moment - these records have since been corrected but you may have incorrectly received notifications that you were tipped for that moment when in fact the tips were for another moment.
If you believe there are still issues, please provide specific examples, it would help me to diagnose what might be going on.
