Cannot find the NFT I collected in my wallet

Hello,

I collected Hello, Me #377 by AnastasiaNFTart. I can see it in my profile. However, I cannot see the corresponding transaction on the smartcontract, or the NFT in my wallet.

Could you please assist on this issue?

    Hi, sorry you are experiencing issues. It appears that the transaction never completed in your digital wallet, which has left the token in our database in a pending state waiting for the transaction. While rare, this can happen when the blockchain is overloaded which it was yesterday. I will mint the pending token to your wallet, however the tip you left for the artist did not go through. If you still want to support the artist, you may leave a tip on their profile or tip on another piece.

      Thank you so much for your help Paul. I confirm that I received the token, and was able to leave a tip to the artist on her profile.
