Can't collect Daily Drop

Hi,
can't collect for free a Daily Drop, window stops on this screen (PC chrome browser).

I also tried through the Zerion wallet browser on my phone and same problem.

    The struggle continues... I managed to pick up this nft as in the attached image, I have it in my profile in collections, but... I don't physically have this nft on my wallet... There has been no mint on this contract for more than 2 hours

      We have been having issues with minting due to congestion and high gas prices on the blockchain. In order for us to pay the gas on these transactions, we wait until the price is reasonable. This token will eventually get minted once we clear the backlog.

    I also tried other nft and can't collect either. In the account I am logged in correctly.
