When I try to withdraw the crypto it says my metamask address is undefined and to connect a different address ( I don't know the suggested wallet address)
Hi, sorry you are having trouble with this. I checked your account and you don’t have any external wallets connected to it. In order to withdraw funds, you will need a digital wallet and attach it to your account. You can edit your remx profile and add a digital wallet there, then you can withdraw to that wallet.
If you don’t have a digital wallet, let me know and I can help you with that.

I connected a wallet previously and when I click the button to connect my wallet there is no response :_)

Ah okay, I missed something on my end and I do see you have MetaMask attached.
I am pretty sure I know what the issue is. To fix it, you will need to manually disconnect MetaMask from Remx, refresh the page and then connecting should work.
To manually disconnect MetaMask, switch to remx.xyz tab then open MetaMask and in the top right you should see an icon for Remx.
If you click this icon, you will get an option to disconnect from Remx.
Click the Disconnect button and close MetaMask. Then reload Remx and try the withdrawal again. This time, clicking Connect should open MetaMask correctly and allow you to connect and withdraw.
