      Hi did you get anywhere with this?

      Ive also been experiencing issues where the site logs me out when I refresh pages

        Hi, yes I was able to fix the problem and that should get updated on Monday when we release a new build of the site.

        We do have an ongoing issue with the site which we have not yet figured out which would cause the problems you are seeing with getting logged out. This appears to affect Google Chrome on desktop primarily, usually a refresh of the site causes it to work again. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue and made some changes on Friday that might have helped, we are still evaluating.

        Hi,

        Today’s update included the fix for your collectors list, I checked and it seems to load very quickly now.

        We have made improvements to the other issue, but have still not figured out the root cause. We will continue to improve as we figure out what is happening.
