Content Origin

Is content on Remx supposed to be original by the poster, or does it not matter (ie okay to share someone else’s work that excites/speaks to the poster)?
Saw this and knew I’d seen it before, so image searched and found it from a photographer in 2009.

If posting unoriginal work, wouldn’t it be prudent or required to credit the original “artist”?
I’m all for sharing other people’s art to hype them and their work, but I credit them so people can discover them and connect if desired.
