Created account with a wrong email address

I “Artstudiomax” founder of the non-profit initiative “BlinkOASM” was trying to create remx profile both for Artstudio & BlinkOASM but mistakenly used Blink email address for Artstudio and vice versa.

Could you please guide me how to correct it.
