Downloading collectors‘ email addresses

the option to download the email addresses has disappeared - could you please check it. It‘s a great and important tool for me.

    Hi,
    is there any news on this option ? When will it be restored ? Or maybe it is available just I can't find it. I only see a message as attached, but I don't know where I can see/download these addresses. Please help where I can find this option. :)
