Dear Remx Support,

I wanted to report a serious issue I experienced with my latest mint. The file was stuck in the “deploying” status since around 23:30 last night. Just a few minutes ago, it suddenly became available for a short time — but due to this unexpected bug, only one person was able to mint it before it disappeared again.

This has caused a significant problem for me, as it affected the visibility and fair release of my work.

Could you please look into this and let me know what went wrong — and if there’s anything that can be done to fix or relaunch it properly?

    Hi, sorry you ran into this issue. There was a problem with the Base network during the time you were attempting to launch your moment which affected it getting properly deployed on Base. We didn’t notice the problem until later (sorry, we are a small team) at which point we fixed any stuck moments. We can’t restart old moments at this point but if you feel this content would be popular, please feel free to post it again as a new moment.
