Dear Remx Support,

I wanted to report a serious issue I experienced with my latest mint. The file was stuck in the “deploying” status since around 23:30 last night. Just a few minutes ago, it suddenly became available for a short time — but due to this unexpected bug, only one person was able to mint it before it disappeared again.

This has caused a significant problem for me, as it affected the visibility and fair release of my work.

Could you please look into this and let me know what went wrong — and if there’s anything that can be done to fix or relaunch it properly?
