Hi,
your Remx balance reflects funds held in our Smart Contract, not in your Remx wallet. Unfortunately funds in a Remx wallet are inaccessible and cannot be removed or transferred in any way. This wallet is intended to hold NFTs only. To compensate, we will deposit the equivalent amount of ETH into your Remx balance. We’ll try to get this done today, but it might not happen until tomorrow morning.
In the future, there is a Deposit Funds option in the Remx application that allows you to transfer funds from your Digital Wallet directly to the Remx Smart Contract.
