have an error loading my first moment

hello dear remx! i’m new and try to post my first moment but have an error without any clarification. my art is a 95 mb mp4 video. the cover is gif ( and tried even with jpeg ). help me please

    Hi, its difficult to know what is wrong without the actual content. Can you email the video file and the gif to me directly please, then we can investigate and advise.

      Hi, Paul! thanks for your answer! my files: mp4 and gif, but I also tried with .mov file type and the jpeg for cover, result is the same. files attached
