Hi Liza, we have fixed the problem with collecting. You should be able to collect now, but you may need to clear your cache and reload the site for it to work correctly.

Thanks for the bug report. There is an issue where things are double reporting at the moment, and also with collecting under certain circumstances, we are working to fix as quickly as possible.
