I still can't tip. The confirming transaction is still not working. It's same as yesterday. I tried to tip using Balance. How can this be fixed?. It's been day 2 encountering this issue. Please fix it fam 🙏
There are a couple of reasons why this might not be working. I just tried tipping from balance and we are seeing long delays on the blockchain right now which are causing the transactions to look like they might have failed when the do actually succeed (eventually). If this was the case, though, I think the button would have changed to “Refresh”. I also tried collecting from a link within X which opened the browser built into the X mobile application. This resulted in the same problem you are seeing.
Are you able to open Remx in a web browser like Chrome or Safari on your phone to see if it works there?
