Im sorry this is happening to you. I believe this is a browser caching issue. Could you try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page. We just put out a release this morning, and we have a service in place that is supposed to reload everything so you are using all the updated current data from us, but it appears it is not functioning properly for some people so is getting new and old data and breaking some things. I am currently investigating this issue.
I think if you manually clear the cache and reload, it should fix the issue. Please give that a try and if it still doesnt work, let us know so we can investigate further.

Hi, sorry about this. There seems to be a bug on the mobile version of the site that is interfering with collecting. We are investigating and will fix asap.

Hi, we have fixed the issue with collecting for free and tipping from balance that primarily affects mobile users but may have affected desktop users too. Please reload the site and it should work correctly now. If not, please try clearing your browser cache and reloading.
