I'm trying to claim an NFT but its not letting me

i tried tipping the drop “ascend beyond” but due to my wallet issues, i was unable to but the drop is still showing collected on the drop page and on my profile, but its not reflecting in my earnings page.

    Hi, sorry about this but the transaction did not complete successfully on chain and the token was not minted to you. The pending token should not have shown up in your profile. We will investigate the root cause of the problem and try to fix this moving forward.
