Image not uploading

Hey there,

When I upload an

image for a new moment, the image does not appear, but the text below does and reads “change file”.

    Hi, what kind of image are you trying to upload? Can you provide as an attachment here so I can test please?

      I have tried both Jpeg and Png files, neither shows. Here is the one I created yesterday that didn’t show as a preview but did show up as a “moment”.

        Ah, ok thanks for clarifying. I don’t see anything wrong with the image, is the original very large?

        I believe this was a bug on our side and it should be working correctly now.
