Images not uploading?

in the MetaMask mobile app, i’ve been unable to get a saved image to load as normal.

upon selecting the file, the Upload Moment page simply shows the text fields without the selected image shown as a preview. I’ll try via desktop in case it’s a mobile app issue.

also curious what time the remx “day” starts. I seem to have broken my streak despite tipping Fri (earlier in my day), then later on Sat (6pm hour). if i get back to a point where it’s worth maintaining, it’d be nice to know when to get them in by.

    Hi, thanks for reporting the image issue, we’ll check into it. I’ll also check on the logic for the tipping streak, its possible that its not working properly.

      Media upload eventually worked normally this evening, so seems to be back to normal (with access via MetaMask mobile app)

      There have definitely been some snags with wallet connection and tipping - at times being promoted to connect my wallet (despite already being connected and having claimed free moments recently or tipped on previous days before the issues started on Saturday) to commence tipping from it, but the button to “connect” wouldn’t work. Other times I've tried to tip and instead of promoting the wallet permission screen the app would crash/close and upon re-opening and going back to the Moment, it would show I already claimed it (but the tip didn't go through).

      One other thing I notice is that the remx site via Metamask mobile app does not seem to support autocorrect, spell check or swipe to text. I figured it was the MM app, but in case a remx/compatibility thing, figure worth sharing.

        Hi,

        thanks for confirming the media upload is working again.

        We are aware of issues with wallets getting into an invalid state (connected but not connected) and are working on being able to fix this.

        I have logged tickets to look into the MetaMask compatibility issue and tips failing but it showing you have the token. The latter may have been due to a bug yesterday that has since been fixed but we will watch for this happening again.
