Keep getting logged out

This never used to happen, now I get logged out all the time and to log back in I have to refresh the browser and clear the cache every time otherwise all sign in options just seem to go nowhere. Meta mask opens but doesnt sign in, crossmint opens then dissapears without asking for a code, email option just goes back to “sign in” window. Clear the cache and it works once only but doing that disrupts stuff I have open in other tabs (I lost a whole online drawing I was working on in another tab) so surely I shouldnt need to keep doing that. ?
