Hi, the content uploaded for that moment ( a DNG file?) couldn’t be processed by our backend. You should have received some kind of an error that would have then enabled you to upload a replacement image, but that seems to have not happened so its a bug on our side we’ll look into. In the mean time, we’ve removed the moment so you can start creating moments again. Try to stick to PNG or JPEG in the meantime :)
