A small number of transactions are not being picked up automatically, which is a bug we are actively working on. The funds for these transactions are reflected in your balance, even if they do not appear in your earnings page. These transactions are not lost and we recover them periodically to ensure that tips on moments and drops are correctly represented.
I have triggered recovering missing transactions this morning. Can you check again to see if this fixed the issue for you? If not, can you describe what is missing?
