We have been unable to reproduce this set of conditions.
I have a couple of things you can try.
reload your browser or even restart it.
You can also try clicking on the moment, it should take you to a new screen and then you can try collecting from there.

It now temporarily makes it look like my collection request is processing but then stops (the top pic should actually be the last). Thank you!

we have fixed the problem with collecting. You should be able to collect now, but you may need to clear your cache and reload the site for it to work correctly.
