Site slowness

Not sure if its the added traffic or something on my side but the site has been pretty slow to load this week, been staring at the pulsating greyed out shapes where profile info goes and a white wall most times I navigate around the site. ALso its been logging me out frequenly today for some reason - it never used to…?
