Hi dear remx team , last week I tipped to two of my friends and they didn't receive it ,

Also i withdraw my money and site said it transferred to the wallet but i didn't receive it

The screenshot show that the money reduced for tip on that day but they didn't receive

Also there wasn't any transaction for money coming to my wallet

    please be assured blockchain transactions are never lost!

    I have checked on your withdrawal, here is the transaction showing it was sent to your wallet:

    Note that this transaction has several bundled operations, this is the relevant part:

    Because we pay the gas for these operations, they are not originated from your wallet and you will not see them as a transaction in your wallet.

    I have checked on the status of the 2 transactions noted, both now show in the relevant profiles
