Tip issues

Hi dear remx team , last week I tipped to two of my friends and they didn't receive it ,

Also i withdraw my money and site said it transferred to the wallet but i didn't receive it

The screenshot show that the money reduced for tip on that day but they didn't receive

Also there wasn't any transaction for money coming to my wallet
