Ive tried tipping on collecting some items yesterday and today but the tip from balance that I always use just hangs. I wait for a few minutes and then give up and collect for free, which just goes straight thru..
Hi Dan, sorry you are having trouble. We are aware of problems tipping from balance related to blockchain congestion and are working on a resolution. I’ll let you know as soon as we’ve got something new in place, unfortunately it will not be until next week because we have to make quite a few changes to avoid this problem.
