Tipped with card, but claim didn't worked

Report an IssueHigh Priority

Hi it's me again, sorry for disturbing you. I claimed two moments today by mobile and two times the transaction disappeared after confirmation. For not missing out I delated my connected wallet and set the remix one as default, so I could claim the moments at least for free later, but I hope that the made tips come to the artists (see attachment)

    Hi,

Please be assured any on-chain tips will be available to artists!

For Sunset Beach, your tip shows on Rachel’s profile:

You mentioned a second moment, was it “My tender teddy bear”. Token 9 on chain seems to have been purchased by address 0xeE0D0D1f15a148E60B71894A1251cE48799AAf4C but that address no longer seems to be in our database.

If this is your wallet, if you reconnect it to your Remx profile then I can restore the token and ensure the artist sees your tip.
