Tipped with card, but claim didn't worked

Hi it's me again, sorry for disturbing you. I claimed two moments today by mobile and two times the transaction disappeared after confirmation. For not missing out I delated my connected wallet and set the remix one as default, so I could claim the moments at least for free later, but I hope that the made tips come to the artists (see attachment)
