Topic: Problem connecting wallet to user account

Hello and greetings to the excellent team of the esteemed Remx platform. I am Hamid TN. A member of your excellent platform. I have encountered a strange problem. I have two separate accounts on your platform. One account that is without a name and details and is only sitting on my wallet address and one account that I am active in and all my artistic and financial assets are in it. I am going through the process of connecting my wallet and finally it gives an error and says that your wallet is already connected and I noticed that there is another account that has my wallet address on it. In fact, because of this problem, I do not have access to my account. Please advise how I can fix this problem.
