Transaction sent zero $

I have written twice now with no response. I cashed out on the 4th due to funds disappearing from my account. So I cashed out to start fresh and try to figure out what was happening. So I withdrew my 0.01383 ETH. My transaction says successful. But it clearly shows I received a zero dollar amount. Can someone please help me retrieve my money owed?
