Unable to collect

I have been unable to collect any pieces for two days now. It shows this screen and then does not move. I have tried on different web browsers and on my pc and phone but nothing works. Can you please tell me if there is anything stopping me from collecting pieces please as I’ve missed some amazing pieces because of this issue.
