We just released a bug fix over the weekend to fix the issue users were having with collecting moments on Friday/Saturday.
Can you please reload the site and let us know if you are still running into the same issue? (You will still see the Low on Eth message as thats is just a message to promote the CC option, and not actually tied into your actual funds, but you should see a button that says Claim or Collect above it, or a banner showing the progress of the transaction.)

Hi, we have fixed the issue with collecting for free and tipping from balance that primarily affects mobile users but may have affected desktop users too. Please reload the site and it should work correctly now. If not, please try clearing your browser cache and reloading.

Hi, this message is misleading - there is a section missing here that should show the mint progress. We will investigate.
