Hi, I checked your account and the system and everything seems to be normal, email log in is working for other users. I am not sure why you would not be receiving emails, it seems like the log in email is being sent out to you.
It looks like you have previously associated a MetaMask wallet with your account with address 0xb90edcade5e8aa93bdb52f7f092f0d122ff7e983, can you please try logging in with this method instead of email to see if it works?
