I'm having a problem of viewing my uploaded posts as from today. The bottom left piece is was uploaded a few hours ago and it should be at the top left
I apologize for the delay in responding, we were a little short staffed over the holidays.
Anyways I have begun looking into your issue here. I was able to remove the duplicate moment in your gallery, and investigating to why the image is not loading. It appears the image may be too big for our image servers to handle (even though the our image handlers are supposed to convert the images down to a much smaller size). I will let you know when i know more about whats going on with this.
Also one thing im confused about. You created the bottom left moment after you created the ones at the top right? I went into our records and it is showing the top left ones were create a couple days AFTER the bottom ones. Is that not correct?

Yes , I created the bottom left piece before the rest , the 4 most recent pieces are in the right place , but the one that cannot be viewed is showing as the yellow piece at the bottom left of the screenshot I sent. The piece that is supposed to be there is not available in my gallery.
Below I will attach the piece that was replaced by the yellow piece.

Thanks for the info. Can you take a look now? Is the correct image show up?
Also by chance, when you first made the moment, did you originally created it as a video? And then change it to a static image file afterwards? There was some mismatched information in the record for this moment and just trying to understand what went wrong on our end so we can fix that bug. I noticed there was some fields in the record that only get filled out when moment is a video that still seemed to be present in the current version.

They now appear correctly, thank you.
I can't remember very well but yes , probably had a video which I then switched to a still.

Im not seeing the image at all in your gallery. Is this missing completely, or is a different image showing instead?

Did you replace the bottom middle one with that one? Did you update the current one with that new image that isnt showing up?

The attached piece is what was collected and what should be showing at the middle part of the bottom row.
Everything else is showing correctly. It's just that one

Right, I mean did you replace the current bottom middle one with this one instead (like how we had the issue when you replaced the video file with a static image), or is current middle one supposed to be there still and this one a brand new one that that you created that should also be showing there but isnt showing up at all.
Im just trying to figure out if something went wrong when creating this, or if there is a bug when editing any current item.

I wanted to post a video , but I changed it to a still before I could even create the moment , like I didn't edit it after minutes of having it uploaded already. And yes I replaced the bottom middle one with the black and white piece I sent. I believe it's the same problem we had before
