wallet issues - cannot tip

It’s quite frustrating to attempt to tip several times due to “insufficient funds” when there;’s lots in the wallet. This issue happens almost every day. I end up disconnecting, reconnecting, logging out, logging in several times before I can tip (Desktop).

    Hi,

    sorry this is so frustrating. Are you attempting to use the Phantom wallet attached to your account? Have you been able to successfully tip with this wallet?

    When I check the account on basescan, the balance is 0 ETH, which would lead to this message. Is it possible your balance of ETH is on the Ethereum mainnet and not on Base?
