ok, you are on mobile which means your wallet is connecting with Wallet Connect, which can be very unreliable. You will need to remove the Wallet Connect session in your wallet app. You should be able to find instructions by searching for your wallet app and “remove wallet connect session” - find the session for remx.yxz and remove it. You should then be able to reconnect.
