withdraw issue

Hey guys, I am have a problem when I try to withdraw my funds. I am using Chrome on a Mac (up to date system) and I use Coinbase wallet.

The prompt asks me to change to Base network, but coinbase supposedly does this automatically and I can’t manually change. So I am stuck.

    Hi, sorry you are running into difficulty.

    I think if you are experiencing this issue, the problem might actually be that the wallet is not really connected to the Remx site even though Remx thinks it is.

    With Coinbase Wallet, you can disconnect from Remx using the following step

    1. Open Settings

    2. Make sure you have the correct address selected (if you have more than one) and click the address

    1. Click “Connected dapps”

    2. In the next screen, you should see remx listed, select the three dot menu and disconnect.

    Back in Remx, you should now be able to reload the earnings page and when you click Withdraw it should prompt you to connect your wallet.

    Please let me know how it works out, happy to troubleshoot further if this doesn’t help.

      It worked! Thank you for the walkthrough. It was showing remx on ETH L1. I was able to change to Base on that screen (where we are supposed to disconnect)
