Hi

I can not withdraw my fund from RemX wallet, I always used my cellphone it was no problem, I don'thave system or sth. Can you find the issues

It keeps saying try again

I re log but didn't work

I also changed my VPN, but nothing changed.

    Hi, sorry you are having trouble with this. I’ll do my best to help out.

    On mobile specifically, wallet connections are managed using a technology called WalletConnect and this has a tendency to become “disconnected” from your wallet application while still looking like it is working to our application.

    My first suggestion is to log out of remx and log back in. I recommend that you visit this page in our FAQ and click the Reset Connection button which will log you out and clear any stale wallet connections.
